web:4:sme websites are the easiest to maintain because the system we use is very simple to use. However, we know that real confidence comes with training. That's why we include a half day training session with every package.
We run our training sessions once every month. Each session is split into two parts, system training followed by webmaster training. The system training covers how to manage your site and best use the tools that you have available. The webmaster training covers all that you need to know to make your site successful with a regular spot on search engines!
You are free to attend as many training sessions in the year as you like. The first one is free, and then subsequent training sessions are charged at a nominal rate.
